Veggie Poha

Hello! Here’s a tasty and nutritious breakfast recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup poha (flattened rice)
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 small potato (diced)
  • 1 green chili (chopped)
  • Salt, turmeric, and mustard seeds
  • Lemon juice and coriander for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Rinse poha under water and drain.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, then onions, and potatoes. Cook until soft.
  3. Add green chili, turmeric, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add poha and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Garnish with lemon juice and coriander.
