- 1 cup poha (flattened rice)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 small potato (diced)
- 1 green chili (chopped)
- Salt, turmeric, and mustard seeds
- Lemon juice and coriander for garnish
Instructions:
- Rinse poha under water and drain.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, then onions, and potatoes. Cook until soft.
- Add green chili, turmeric, and salt. Mix well.
- Add poha and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with lemon juice and coriander.
