Hello! Deep breathing exercises have become my go-to strategy for managing stress. Whenever I feel overwhelmed, I take a few minutes to practice deep breathing techniques like the 4-7-8 method. It’s simple: inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 7 seconds, and exhale for 8 seconds. This technique helps calm my mind and body almost instantly.
