Start Your Day with a Morning Meditation
Hey everyone! I wanted to share my favorite way to start my day mindfully – morning meditation. Every morning, I set aside 10-15 minutes to sit quietly and focus on my breath. This simple practice helps me center my thoughts and set a positive tone for the rest of the day. I use an app called Headspace for guided meditations, which is super helpful if you're new to meditating. Has anyone else tried morning meditation?
