Self-Awareness and Personal Growth

Hey everyone! Developing emotional intelligence has also meant working on my self-awareness. I regularly reflect on my actions and reactions to understand how they impact myself and others. Journaling and seeking feedback from friends have been great tools for this. It’s helped me recognize patterns in my behavior and make positive changes. How do you work on your self-awareness?
