Hi everyone! I’ve found that even with a busy schedule, it’s possible to stay active with short, effective workouts. Here’s what I do:
- 10-Minute Morning Routine: I start my day with a quick 10-minute workout—some bodyweight exercises like squats and push-ups.
- Desk Exercises: While working, I do simple exercises like seated leg lifts or chair squats.
- Evening Stretch: Before bed, I spend 5 minutes stretching to unwind and stay flexible.
