Quick Moong Dal Chilla
Hi everyone! Here’s a simple and healthy breakfast idea:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup moong dal (soaked for 2 hours)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 green chili (chopped)
- 1 small tomato (chopped)
- Salt and spices (like cumin, turmeric)
Instructions:
- Blend soaked moong dal into a smooth batter.
- Mix in onions, green chili, tomato, salt, and spices.
- Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladle of batter, spreading it into a thin circle.
- Cook on medium heat until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
Enjoy with some chutney or yogurt!
