Practicing Empathy in Everyday Interactions

Hello! I’ve been working on improving my emotional intelligence by practicing empathy in my daily interactions. This means really trying to understand and feel what others are going through. When someone shares something with me, I listen carefully and imagine how I would feel in their situation. This has helped me build stronger, more supportive relationships.
