Oats Upma
Hi all! Here’s a healthy twist on traditional upma:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup oats
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 small carrot (grated)
- 1 green chili (chopped)
- Salt and spices (like mustard seeds and curry leaves)
Instructions:
- Dry roast oats in a pan until lightly golden. Set aside.
- In the same pan, heat oil, add mustard seeds, then onions and carrots. Cook until soft.
- Add green chili and spices, then mix in the oats.
- Add a little water and cook for 2-3 minutes.
