Hey everyone! I've been practicing mindfulness meditation for the past year, and it has made a huge difference in managing my stress levels. Every day, I set aside 15-20 minutes to focus on my breath and observe my thoughts without judgment. This practice helps me stay present and reduces my anxiety.
