Ingredients:

  • 1 cup moong dal (soaked for 2 hours)
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 green chili (chopped)
  • 1 small tomato (chopped)
  • Salt and spices (like cumin, turmeric)

Instructions:

  1. Blend soaked moong dal into a smooth batter.
  2. Mix in onions, green chili, tomato, salt, and spices.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladle of batter, spreading it into a thin circle.
  4. Cook on medium heat until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.

Enjoy with some chutney or yogurt!
