Curd and Fruit Paratha

Hello! Here’s a simple and healthy breakfast idea:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup curd (yogurt)
  • 1 small apple or banana (mashed)
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Mix flour, curd, and salt to form a soft dough.
  2. Roll out small portions of dough into parathas.
  3. Cook on a hot tawa until golden brown on both sides.

Serve with a side of fresh fruit or a bit of honey. It’s a great way to start the day!
