Connecting with Nature During a Digital Detox

Hello! I recently took a break from technology for a week and spent more time in nature. It was a transformative experience. Without my phone, I was more aware of my surroundings, enjoyed the beauty of nature, and felt a deeper sense of peace. It was a great reminder of how much we miss out on when we're glued to screens.
